<P>在县纪委召开涉农惠农资金专项行动会议后，镇纪委书记迅速向镇党委、政府主要领导汇报此次会议精神及其重要性。经研究，成立了以党委书记为组长的大水坑镇涉农惠农专项资金清查领导小组。全面负责全镇涉农专项资金清理及起草领导小组相关文件、工作总结，协调解决清理工作中重点、难点问题，并对清理检查中发现的问题进行整改�?/P> <P>二、资金使用情�?/P> <P>由于涉农专项资金涉及面广，内容多，此次清理，主要�?012�?2014年这一阶段为重点�?/P> <P>2012-2014年我镇涉农惠农资金有粮食直补、农资综合直补、良种补贴、退耕还林、民政救灾救济、农村、城镇低保、五保供养、临时救助、扶贫资金、秋季农田水利建设资金、危房改造及环境卫生综合整治资金等十二个主要专项资金；经查各类资金的来往账目明细准确无误，兑付情况真实到位。召开座谈会群众对专项资金的使用认可无异议。通过资产镇党委未发现我镇关于套取挪用侵占涉农惠农资金案件线索�?/P> <P>三、主要做�?/P> <P>1、早动员、早部署，自收到县纪委印发《盐池县开展查处套取挪用侵占涉农惠农资金案件专项行动实施方案》（盐纪发[2015]29号）文件后，镇立即成立了领导小组，党委班子成员组织相关单位认真学习有关文件、资料、熟悉各项强农惠农政策�?/P>
